Aufgaben

Your role and responsibilities

As a Circular Consultant, you are responsible for the successful implementation of projects, including the creation of life cycle assessments and building resource passports, using our software CircularLCA. Through your excellent customer service, you generate valuable insights for our product team to further develop our software.

• You will provide optimal support to your customers from inquiry to project completion and billing.
• You will create independently founded life cycle assessments and building resource passports.
• Your customers can rely on your proactive and solution-oriented consulting for technical and procedural issues.
• You will have project control, budget allocation, and resource planning always in mind and combine high customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness.
• You will derive concrete recommendations from data and present them convincingly to your customers.
• You recognize the potential of customers for Concular even before project completion and ensure that the customer lifecycle does not end with you.

Qualifikation

Your profile

• You bring a background in building or architecture (or comparable field) and know how projects work in this context.
• You have first-hand experience in life cycle assessment and basic knowledge of sustainability reporting/certification (e.g. DGNB, QNG, BREEAM).
• You have already worked with LCA and BIM software.
• Your well-developed communication and organizational skills enable you to build long-term customer relationships and optimize internal networking.
• You work extremely independently and responsibly, structured and forward-thinking, to lead projects to success with maximum efficiency.
• You bring very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
