Aufgaben

Your role and responsibilities

Akquise & regional Standortentwicklung

• You will build our location in Stuttgart and the region strategically and operationally, and develop it independently further.
• You will analyze the regional market structures, actors, and needs in the construction and real estate sector (e.g. project developers, property owners, housing companies, municipalities, public procurement authorities).
• You will identify concrete project potential and speak to relevant customers and decision-makers actively.
• You will build lasting relationships with regional networks, associations, municipalities, and planning partners, and maintain these continuously.
• You will position the company as a competent contact for circular building and deconstruction in the region.
• You will conduct initial consultations, develop project approaches together with customers, and accompany them until contract signing.
• You will represent the company at regional events, professional formats, and network meetings.

Operative Projektumsetzung

• You will take over the technical and organizational management of projects.
• You will plan and coordinate project workflows and lead customers, project partners, and internal teams through the process in a structured manner.
• You will advise all parties proactively on technical, procedural, and regulatory issues.
• You will ensure reliable project controlling and keep budgets, timelines, and resource utilization in mind.
• You will identify project-specific potential for reuse, innovative solutions, and additional value for customers and companies.
• You will document project results and bring experiences and learnings into the further development of regional standards and offerings.

Qualifikation

Your profile

Akquise- & Netzwerkkompetenz

• You have relevant professional experience in the construction and real estate industry and ideally a robust network in the region.
• You are motivated to explore new markets, build relationships, and gain trust among regional actors.
• You confidently address decision-makers from business and public administration and can convey complex topics in an understandable manner.
• You work entrepreneurially, recognize regional market opportunities, and drive themes forward independently.

Fachliche & operative Kompetenz

• You have experience in managing complex projects and coordinating different stakeholders.
• You bring experience in sustainable and circular planning and building, as well as knowledge of ecological balance sheets, ideally supplemented by knowledge of sustainability reporting or certifications (e.g. DGNB, QNG, BREEAM).
• You are confident in creating customer presentations, reports, documentation, and decision-making grounds.
• You conceptualize and moderate workshops for the joint development of practical solutions.
• Your work style is characterized by clarity, self-responsibility, and the aspiration to enable teams to self-organize.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
