About the role

As a senior corporate counsel at Circle8, you will seamlessly switch between strategic advice and drafting contracts, making a significant contribution to keeping our organization legally sharp. You will work closely with various stakeholders, taking into account rapidly changing laws and regulations. With your experience in a commercial environment, you know how to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions.

What you will do:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, such as procurement and supplier contracts, tender documents, and agreements for external hiring;
• Advising on legal risks and providing support for business decisions;
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations and translating changes into concrete actions for the organization;
• Supporting negotiations with clients and partners in a professional and constructive manner;
• Preparing legal proceedings and collaborating with external legal advisors if necessary.

Job requirements

We are looking for an independent and pragmatic legal professional who combines sharp legal insight with excellent communication skills in a dynamic, commercial environment.

• Completed master's degree in law, specializing in employment or corporate law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate counsel/legal counsel;
• Experience with contract negotiations and reviewing/drafting contracts;
• Providing fast and effective advice within deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including contract law, employment law, tender law, Wet DBA/Waadi, and GDPR.

• A salary between €4000 and €6500 per month (FT).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
