This service manages and maintains various digital solutions that are essential for collecting and following up on Flemish taxes. As a Functional Analyst, you play a key role in translating business needs into clear functional specifications and processes. You form the bridge between users, developers, and testers. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze and optimize the current process landscape, identify areas for improvement, and develop new solutions to meet the changing needs of the Flemish Tax Authority. Your expertise will be used to design and implement new applications, as well as to improve existing ones. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications that can be implemented by the development team.
