Senior Data Scientist Remote

We are a fast-growing digital company with a strong product and data culture. You will be a key player in building predictive models and advanced analytics solutions that support strategic decisions across the company.

• Design, train, and validate end-to-end Machine Learning models.
• Explore large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
• Build scalable data pipelines in partnership with Engineering.
• Define metrics, experiments, and A/B tests with Product teams.
• Translate business problems into statistical/modeling problems.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor other data professionals.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Senior experience as a Data Scientist (end-to-end modeling).
• Solid knowledge of statistics, supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and advanced SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, code versioning, and MLOps best practices.
• Experience in a digital product environment or data-driven business.
• English for technical reading and interaction with documentation/team.
• Availability to work under a PJ (independent contractor) regime, 100% remote.

Differentiators:

• Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and orchestration tools.
• Previous experience with experimentation (A/B tests) and product metrics.
• Knowledge of deep learning or NLP.
• Active participation in communities, publications, or open-source projects.
