Working in a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, engineers and construction professionals providing professional design and construction services to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the C&I billing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. • Collaborate with project managers, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial data. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve billing processes and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in C&I billing management, preferably in the design & build industry. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
