Every day you will: Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care to our residents Provide expert advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans Foster strong relationships with residents, their families and carers to ensure we’re meeting their unique needs and preferences.
