Christmas Team Member (Shopfloor/Checkout) - The Warehouse, Whitianga

Job Description On the shopfloor, you’ll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it’s reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You’ll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling. At checkouts, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you’ll make every transaction count. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You’ll also be working as part of a team, so you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. You’ll be required to follow all safety and security procedures, and you’ll be expected to maintain a high level of customer service at all times. You’ll be working in a warehouse environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving stock. You’ll also be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll be expected to be available to work during peak periods.
