Christmas Team Member (Shopfloor/Checkout) - The Warehouse, Rotorua

Job Description On the shopfloor, you’ll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it’s reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You’ll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling. At checkouts, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you’ll make every transaction count. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You’ll also be working as part of a team, so you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. You’ll be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customers leave the store with a positive experience. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. You’ll be working in a warehouse environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying items, and working in a cold environment. You’ll also be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work during peak periods.
