Job Description As our Christmas assistant, you are a versatile talent who loves to master different tasks as needed. Whether it's great customer consulting, beautifully wrapping gifts or ensuring order in the store and warehouse. As a Brand Ambassador, you create festive moments of joy by telling stories about Rituals products to our customers, advising them with a smile on their face, and inviting them to an aromatic tea break, among other things. Your tasks will include: • Assisting with customer service and sales • Creating a cozy atmosphere in the store • Preparing gifts for special occasions • Maintaining order in the warehouse and store • Participating in marketing activities and events • Supporting the team with administrative tasks • Developing your skills through training and workshops • Being available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
