We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Chip Runner to assist with chip sealing and road maintenance operations. The role involves supporting the sealing crew by managing chip supply, ensuring even distribution of aggregate, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with chip sealing and asphalt surfacing operations
• Ensure consistent supply of chips to the spreader or sealing crew
• Help load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain safety standards and follow supervisor instructions
• Support general labor tasks as required on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in civil or road construction preferred
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and reliability
