As the leader of our chiller team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers who design, install, commission, and maintain chillers and other HVAC equipment. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of chiller technicians and engineers; • Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance and efficiency; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Provide technical guidance and support to team members; • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering); • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on chillers and related systems; • Proven leadership and management skills; • Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and related equipment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Valid driver's license.
