Children's Residential Support Worker

We have a fabulous opportunity to join our hardworking and reliable team as a Children's Residential Support Worker(full time hours only), changing lives and providing bright futures for our young people aged 6-18, and providing them a place they can truly call home, a safe haven where they can thrive and grow into adulthood comfortably. Based in our warm and welcoming residential homes in Cannock, where we can care for up to 2 young people with challenging behaviours, autism and ADHD. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people, has experience of supporting individuals with complex needs, and is able to work flexibly as part of a team. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, including personal care, education, and leisure activities. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of individualised care plans, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and maintain accurate records of your work.
