Children's Residential Support Worker

We have a fabulous opportunity to join our hardworking and reliable team as a Children's Residential Support Worker(full time hours only), changing lives and providing bright futures for our young people aged 7-18, and providing them a place they can truly call home, a safe haven where they can thrive and grow into adulthood comfortably.

Based in our warm and welcoming residential homes in Cannock, where we can care for up to 2 young people with challenging behaviours, autism and ADHD. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who share our ethos and commitment to creating a home environment filled with laughter and memories that will last a lifetime.

Our passion for providing our young people with a home they can relax and enjoy is what keeps us motivated daily, the role is demanding but very rewarding and give you the opportunity to change their quality of life for the better and help provide a smooth path to adulthood and beyond.

A full UK manual driving licence would also be preferred

Must have some experience in UK based children's residential homes,and have experience around challenging behaviours and young children and can commit to our shift patterns which include a long day and sleep on a 2 on 4 off basis.

Starting salary for the role will be over £32,000 based on 10 full shifts (long day) and sleep

If you are the type of person who loves to step up and take on extra responsibility we have a great route to a senior role with free qualifications and mentoring from our vastly experienced senior Management, many of them have been with us from the beginning and have benefitted from our long term guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

With over 20 years' combined experience of providing bespoke care to our young people, we have demonstrated our ability to provide our young people with a warm and safe environment where they can be happy and content, something all children deserve as a minimum.
