As an Educator of young children, your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing educational programs tailored to the needs of each child; • Creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn; • Building strong relationships with parents and other professionals to ensure the well-being of children; • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children in daycare; • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of educational policies. What are we looking for? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has experience working with young children. You should have: • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; • Experience working with young children (0-6 years old); • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
