Childcare Worker - Full time

The Child Care Worker position at Froliq Early Learning Centre Werribee is a full-time role focused on supporting the daily care, development, and wellbeing of children. Working under the guidance of Lead Educators, the successful candidate will contribute to creating a nurturing and engaging environment that aligns with the company’s mission of fostering learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, conduct, supervise and assist in delivering age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and creativity.
• Support children’s learning through play-based and child-led experiences
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of children at all times.
• Support social interaction and positive relationships among children and staff.
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and teaching teams to implement daily routines and educational programs.
• Contribute to observations, documentation and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised, nurturing and engaging learning childcare environment.

Requirements:

• Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) in a childcare setting.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Basic understanding of child development principles.
