About the Position:

The Child Care Worker position at Froliq Brunswick is a full-time role focused on supporting the daily care, development, and well-being of children. Working under the guidance of Lead Educators, the successful candidate will contribute to creating a nurturing and engaging environment that aligns with the company’s mission of fostering learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and creativity.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of children at all times.
• Support social interaction and positive relationships among children and staff.
• Collaborate with Lead Educators to implement daily routines and educational programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare environment.

Requirements:

• Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) in a childcare setting.
