  • Expect at least $100,000 base + super + bonuses (pro-rata for PT) if you're a registered psychologist.
  • No KPIs: 4 clients/day (cap at 5) for balance and quality

  • Choose clinic-based work or school/community visits
  • Full admin support: billing, bookings, referrals handled

Based in the Northern Beaches this paediatric-focused clinic backs you with practical support and the time to do considered work. You’ll have your own therapy space, access to sensory rooms and specialised equipment, and the option to mix clinic and community sessions. The group includes 15+ Psychologists (from early career to 10+ years), within a broader network across multiple sites, so you can tap into generous supervision, a thoughtful onboarding plan, and genuine career progression. No pushy-targets, just purposeful care, peer connection and the resources to keep learning.

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care to children and NDIS participants.
  • Conduct assessments, therapy and reporting for ~4 clients daily—no strict KPIs.
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team while managing your own space.
  • Work out of a clinic on the Northern Beaches.
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Experience in private practice.
  • Experience working with children is highly preferred.
  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist.
