Job description
In quality of child educator, you realize receptions and animations for children aged 4 months to 5 years, by applying the pedagogical approach defined in the institutional project of HUG crèches. You ensure an individualized performance according to the needs and imperatives of the child.
You participate in the elaboration and implementation of a project inspired by Emmi Pikler's work and guarantee the safety of children by creating a favorable atmosphere for development and their flourishing at all times. To do this, you work collaboratively as part of a team-centered approach on the needs of the child.
