Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the wealth and financial planning strategy, aligning with the company's overall objectives. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. * Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for ultra-high net worth clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions. * Business Development: Drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to expand the wealth management portfolio. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Financial Planning Expertise: Provide expert-level financial planning services, including retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, and tax optimization. * Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred. * Proven experience in wealth management and financial planning, with a focus on ultra-high net worth clients. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial planning principles. * Ability to develop and implement strategic plans. * Experience in business development and sales. * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
