KIDICAP® forms a modern web app platform for all areas of Human Capital Management and for companies of all sizes. We employ around 200 people and are continuing to grow.

To strengthen our development teams, we are looking for a:

Chief UX Designer (m/f/d)

Work locations: Remote (Germany, EU upon consultation) or Offenbach am Main or Leipzig | Employment model: Full-time/ Part-time

What you will do with us:

• Development of the company-wide UX vision
• Responsibility for cross-product usability concepts and UX guidelines
• Development and monitoring of suitable methods for design and implementation
• Identification of the usage contexts of our users and development of high-level concepts
• Stakeholder management and support in roadmap planning
• Management of cross-product projects for UX standardization
• Facilitation of user-centered Design Thinking in Scrum teams

Requirements

• A completed degree in Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in the areas of UX design, requirements engineering, conception, visual design, and prototyping
• Experience in the organization and transformation of agile corporate structures and processes
• Knowledge of the User Centered Design Process and its methods (e.g., context analysis, personas, usability testing) and in using common design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience with AI both in the product (AI-supported usability concepts) and as a tool in the design workflow
• Knowledge of accessibility (BITV/WCAG)
• Experience with legacy migrations
• Strong communication skills towards customers/stakeholders, designers, and developers
