Your Responsibilities
As Chief Technology Officer, you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for our entire technical infrastructure and product development. You will significantly shape the further development of our light asset marketplace and drive technological innovations forward – both on the platform itself and in the automation of all internal processes. The management of all SEO/GEO activities is also part of your scope of tasks. UX/UI optimization are a central part of your activity. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the scaling of our platform in Europe and worldwide.
We are a very small and efficient team, meaning: Your focus will be primarily on fast, agile implementation and output, less on planning and steering.
What you bring
Several years of experience in the technological leadership of a fast-growing technology company or an online platform
In-depth expertise in the architecture of modern web applications and internet marketplaces, both in backend and frontend
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality for direct implementation of technical initiatives
A penchant for perfect UX and UI
Accelerated AI and automation mindset to multiply your output
Deep understanding & practical application of SEO/GEO skills
Excellent communication skills and leadership competence in dealing with interdisciplinary teams
Fluent German and English skills

Your first months at DRIVAR
You will familiarize yourself with our existing system architecture and define the technical roadmap for the coming quarters. Together with the team, you will optimize our platform performance and drive the automation of central processes both on the platform and in operations. You will take over the steering & implementation of all key technical projects and set new standards for our software development. Since a very large part of our users is generated organically, you will also centrally lead our SEO/GEO and keep an eye on optimal UX/UI.
