Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Telemedi is a company in the healthcare industry, hiring programmers and doctors to create modern solutions that simplify life for patients and doctors. Our goal is to use technology to ensure that everyone has easy and immediate access to medical care, in line with expectations.

We are looking for an experienced CTO who will lead our IT team (PHP programmers, QA, PM) and be responsible for creating technological solutions.

This is a business and technological role. Your responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of the programming team and organization of their work
• Active participation in the programming process
• Introducing and promoting new technologies and AI tools supporting programming
• Establishing and monitoring code quality standards
• Optymalizacja czasu i jakości wytwarzania oprogramowania
• Mentoring and development of team member competencies
• Participation in planning the company's technological strategy
• Supervision of project completion in accordance with established goals

Requirements

• Actively programs and remains close to the development team
• Is an evangelist for new technologies and the use of AI in programming processes
• Has high standards of quality and efficiency, which can effectively implement in the team
• Has experience in managing a team of programmers
• Has the ability to make strategic technological decisions
• Has experience in the logistics and healthcare industries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year experience as a team leader in a programming team
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and web technology ecosystem
• Experience in leading programming projects
• Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate them
• Knowledge of the latest trends in web technologies and AI
• Ability to optimize processes and automate
• Startup mindset - flexibility, initiative, and openness to change
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
