Tasks

As CTO, you will be responsible for our technical strategy and lead the development of our AI-powered assessment and training platform. You will build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while driving innovation across our product suite.

Requirements

Define and execute the technical strategy and product roadmap
Build, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team
Architect scalable systems for AI-powered assessments and training
Drive AI/ML integration including LLMs, Voice AI, and video analysis
Ensure security, compliance (GDPR/DSGVO), and data protection
