Job description
- Responsible for the strategic alignment of the product family "CRM Services".
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of four Product Owners, who also take over disciplinary leadership at our company, as well as their product teams
- Development and consolidation of the strategic and technical roadmap in collaboration with your Product Owners and in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Closely working together with operational business units around Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Data Protection, and our Loyalty Program JÖ
- Structuring the portfolio and resource management within the product family as well as sustainable, future-oriented process and workflow optimization
- Supporting and promoting Product Owners and developing cooperation models to steer common goals
- Budget planning and controlling, capacity planning and consistent implementation, as well as defining and steering KPIs
