In Germany, patients spend EUR 30 billion annually at the dentist. Despite this market size, many practices are still working with outdated offline software from the 1980s. Roger is here to change that.

Responsibilities

• Develop features to optimize daily practice operations: Your main task is to conceptualize and implement new features that simplify the daily work in medical practices.
• Understand and analyze Practice Management Systems (PMS): You will conduct analyses and reverse engineering of Practice Management Systems.
• Data reconciliation and user feedback acquisition: By reconciling data structures using SQL and acquiring direct user feedback, you will create practical, needs-based solutions. A comprehensive understanding of the medical reality will help you develop tailor-made features.
• Act as a communication interface between business and technology: You are the link between product management and technical development.
• Close collaboration with our CEO

Qualifications

• Product Management: You know the ins and outs when it comes to building products that delight customers.
• Completed university degree, ideally in a medical, economic, or IT field.
• 2-3 years of practical experience as a (Senior) Product Manager in a Healthtech Start-up/Scale-up.
• Very good technical know-how to convey product requirements to the engineering team.
• Drive for Growth/Growth Mindset: Deep commitment to personal and professional growth, always open to feedback and new learning opportunities.
• Personal skills: Analytical and structured work, initiative, independent problem-solving, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• AI-First Mentality
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills.
