The role requires a charismatic leader adept in strategy, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management, including 5 years at mid-senior management level. A strong background in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is advantageous. This hybrid role involves both virtual and office work in Pinelands, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive business outcomes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
