Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations, enhance efficiency, drive growth, and achieve organizational goals through strategic management and collaboration with senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations to ensure seamless execution across all departments and functions
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and growth
- Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support operational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and operational teams to enhance productivity and engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards to maintain operational integrity
- Analyze business performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management review
- Identify operational risks and design corrective actions to mitigate potential impacts
- Support business development, expansion initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of management and operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
