Chief Operations Officer - COO

Our client seeks a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead their team. Location: JHB East Requirements BA degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or business management (or equivalent qualification). At least 10 years in the logistic Industry and 5 years of working experience in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.). Managerial experience and demonstrated ability to develop and lead operations teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Experience working in a matrix organization structure.
