A leading staffing solutions firm in South Africa seeks an experienced Chief Operations Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration and at least 10 years in the transport industry, including 5 years in an executive role. Key responsibilities include leading operational strategy, overseeing financial controls, and managing stakeholder relationships. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact through systems and performance optimization, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to drive business growth, develop and implement effective strategies, and lead the operations team to achieve outstanding results.
