Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable applications from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate combines solid coding skills with an eye for clean UI / UX, strong problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Implement UI/UX designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Optimize front-end performance for a smooth user experience. Collaborate with designers to translate designs and wireframes into functional code. Back-End Development Develop and maintain server-side logic using programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and frameworks. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design schemas, query data, and optimize performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. DevOps and Infrastructure Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure security best practices are followed. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
