Aufgaben

• You will take overall responsibility for the Supply Chain & Service Delivery area and ensure that our company goals are achieved.
• You will lead and develop the Leadership Team for operational fulfillment.
• Together with the leadership team, you will set the strategic vision and business objectives.
• You will steer the operational processes and ensure that all primary KPIs are met.
• You will be responsible for the Global Management System and optimize our business processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• You will implement programs to improve efficiency and build out our production capacities.
• You will identify and minimize risks, particularly in the supply chain.
• You will ensure compliance with laws, norms, and standards and bear the Compliance responsibility.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in technology or economics, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
• You bring fundamental experience in leading teams and process and innovation management.
• You have a strong business sense, are result-oriented, and possess the ability to think strategically.
• Your work style is characterized by assertiveness, high customer orientation, and intercultural competence.
• You possess strong communication skills and the motivation to drive changes forward.
