Your Tasks

Buena grows through acquisitions. When we buy a new management company, entire teams need to be quickly reorganized. The People Team manages this process.

• You will take over entire application processes. You will search for candidates, create scorecards, conduct interviews, and coordinate closely with our teams.

• You will be responsible for budgets in the high five-figure range. You will identify new tooling and manage purchasing processes from start to finish.

• You will develop recruiting and HR systems nationwide. You will invent the People systems that enable us to grow to over 1,000 employees and roll them out.

• You will meet CEOs of our companies and discuss personnel issues with them. You will improve the HR processes of our companies nationwide.

You fit if you

• Speak German fluently (C2 level) and have a good level of English.

• Want to work in-office. Our office is in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.

• Work independently. Most of our team members were self-employed or participated in competitive sports.

• Are extremely communicative. Regular and direct exchange should be very important to you.

• Are very ambitious. An average People Division leads to an average Buena. You should bring very high ambitions.
