Chief of Staff to CMO (m/f/d)

As Chief of Staff to CMO, you will ensure speed and clarity in the Marketing Department, working directly alongside our CMO. You will take on projects, such as building our Academy end-to-end, establishing processes where none currently exist, and ensuring that decisions are made quickly, soundly, and transparently. This role is central to our continued growth.

• You will be responsible end-to-end for new high-revenue initiatives like building the Academy, from the initial idea to a profitable launch.

• You will build processes where none currently exist: documented, delegable, and repeatable.

• You will operate our Decision Operating System: decision-ready templates with options and data, meeting agendas 48 hours in advance, and consistent follow-up on commitments.

• As an interface between the CMO, CEO, Finance, Agencies, and Team Leads, you will orchestrate stakeholder management at the C-level.

• From data such as CM3, cohorts, campaign KPIs, you will derive clear decision templates and recommendations.

• Goal in the first year: at least one new revenue project live and profitable, decisions in the department within a maximum of 72 hours, meetings on time and with an agenda.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in getting projects off the ground without a template, preferably in a scale-up, consulting, or high-growth D2C environment.

• You are fluent in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Holistics is a plus.

• Structure is in your nature; you create order and clarity for others and work precisely and error-free.

• Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills up to the C-level characterize you; all of this at least at C1 level in German.

• You are AI-native, using Claude, ChatGPT & Co. daily as a work lever, and are comfortable with Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• High self-responsibility, calmness in dynamic phases, and the ability to lead through clarity rather than hierarchy characterize you.

• Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English are prerequisites.
