As Chief of Staff Strategy & Marketing, you will work directly with management and support them with strategic and operational questions. You will coordinate cross-departmental projects, develop new ideas, and ensure that important initiatives are successfully implemented. You will gain comprehensive insights into the leadership and further development of a successful consulting company.

Tasks

Strategy & Corporate Management

• You will manage cross-departmental strategic projects and support our CEO with important initiatives and decisions.
• You will structure complex topics, prepare management and executive meetings, and ensure consistent implementation of decided measures.
• You will create transparency about goals, KPIs, and progress and support the further development of processes and structures.

Marketing & Business Development

• You will further develop our marketing strategy and positioning together with management.
• You will manage and optimize our online marketing activities based on relevant KPIs.
• You will develop sales and lead generation initiatives to acquire new customers.
• You will support go-to-market initiatives for new offers and services.
• You will manage external service providers and work closely with PR, sales, and internal communications.

Qualification

• A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing or strategy
• Initial professional experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy, or marketing
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured way of working and a passion for implementation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and a joy in taking responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Very good German and English language skills
