Chief of Staff - Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will work directly with our management team and take on a central role in the management and further development of Eberhardt Service Group. You will bring structure to complex topics, create transparency, and ensure that strategic decisions are consistently translated and implemented within the organization.
You are far more than just an interface: you are a sparring partner for the management, a source of inspiration, and a driver of implementation – with a company-wide view of performance, processes, and growth.

• You are the central communication and steering interface between management and executives.
• You translate strategic priorities together with management into concrete goals, projects, and measures.
• You manage and track company-wide initiatives, ensuring that responsibilities, KPIs, and deadlines are clearly defined and met.
• You establish and moderate regular management and performance reviews with the responsible executives.
• You create transparency regarding the performance of different business areas and prepare management reports, analyses, and decision-making bases.
• You identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks and develop concrete solutions together with the specialized departments.
• You analyze existing processes and structures and drive their standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• You further develop structures and processes so that they remain efficient and scalable with our growth.
• You take on selected strategic special projects from conception to implementation.
• You act as a sparring partner for management, constructively questioning existing approaches and contributing a company-wide perspective to decisions.
• You ensure that decisions lead to concrete actions – and that actions lead to measurable results.

Ideally, you bring with you:

• Completed university degree, ideally inBusiness Administration, Economics, Management, Political Economy, Lawor a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in a strategic or operational management role, for example inOperations, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Project/Program Management or as Chief of Staff
• A strong understanding of entrepreneurial contexts, processes, and operational value drivers
• Very good analytical skills and the ability to quickly structure complex issues and reduce them to the essential points
• Experience with KPIs, performance management, and reporting
• Strong communication and assertiveness, especially in interactions with executives
• The ability to bring together different perspectives while consistently working towards decisions and results
• High sense of personal responsibility, pragmatism, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven analysis
• Experience in a dynamic growth environment is an advantage
• Experience in facility management or a comparable operational service industry is a plus – but not a must
