We are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our team at the Essen location, starting immediately.
We consistently focus on Working from Office. More innovations ("chats at the coffee machine"), better working conditions (broadband, air conditioning, 3 monitors, large desks, etc.), optimal onboarding, higher retention, creation of company culture (incl. chef, gym and coach) as well as a clean separation of office/home.
Responsibilities
- You drive relevant projects forward in close coordination with the C-level
- You assist the C-level in day-to-day operations and in defining long-term initiatives
- You optimize internal processes using the greatest possible automation
- You create targeted analyses & decision proposals for the C-level
- You define short-term focus measures and implement them operationally
Qualifications
- You have completed a university degree with very good grades
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of work experience in a top management consultancy
- You possess very good analytical skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are characterized by a very structured & independent way of working
- You are an open & communicative personality
- You have an affinity for digital media & can demonstrate confident use of the MS Office suite
- You have fluent German & English language skills
