Your Tasks

• Strategic Guidance & Prioritization: Close cooperation with CEOs Stephan (founder of sofatutor and the EDtech Founders Club) and Milena (co-founder of edu counture) on all topics related to corporate strategy.
• Project Management & Cross-Departmental Implementation: Independent planning, steering, and control of complex, company-wide projects, as well as responsibility for their successful implementation.
• Process & Structure Building: Development, optimization, and scaling of efficient processes and organizational structures to continuously develop the entire company.
• Analysis & Insights: Conducting market, competition, and KPI analyses, as well as deriving clear, strategic recommendations for management.
• Operative Relief & Ad-hoc Ownership: Function as a sparring partner to the executive board, taking on critical challenges, and ensuring the successful implementation of central themes through clear communication and alignment.

Your Skills

• A completed degree and professional experience in consulting, venture building, or fast-growing companies enable you to take responsibility for complex, cross-departmental topics and effectively develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of the German education landscape and enthusiasm for making a real impact here.
• Solid data analysis, confident handling of Excel, quick grasp of connections, and deriving precise and strategically founded recommendations and decisions are deeply rooted in your skillset.
• The sovereign structuring of complex tasks, consistently driving projects forward, and a goal-oriented, strategic, and pragmatic working style show your well-developed sense for strategy and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Clear, empathetic, and target-group-oriented communication, negotiation security in German and English, as well as effective collaboration with various stakeholders are characteristic of your profile.
• Eigenständigkeit, recognizing opportunities, proactive approach to challenges, and secure use of tools like CRM, ATS, or AI applications round out your profile.
