Job description
Build with us the No.1 ERP software of the 30 billion euro building cleaning market in DACH. We have PMF, over 600 customers, now it's about professionalizing the company, becoming KI-first and scaling. We want to double our revenue annually with a lean, automation-driven team and come up to +10M ARR in the next years.
Tasks
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO together and take over step-by-step the operational, part-commercial and organizational leadership of the company.
Your Responsibility:
- Ownership for central themes in GTM (Marketing, CS), Operations, Finance and People
- BUILDING and LEADING a high-performance, lean team
- BUILDING and MAINTAINING automation for GTM- and Operations-processes
- BUILDING professional structures like KPI-systems, Forecasting
- Co-responsibility for overall management of the company

Qualification
Must-haves
- Entrepreneurial thinking, Ownership mentality, high standards of quality
- High operational excellence: structured, decision-strong, hands-on
- Strong commercial understanding (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR)
- Leadership experience and clear communication
- Tech- and product understanding, ideally with AI reference
Nice-to-haves
- Background as Founder, Operator or Scale-up Leader
- Safe handling of Finance, P&L, Cashflow and Unit Economics
- Experience with Upmarket- or DACH-expansion
- Industry connection Facility Management / Services / Field Operations
