Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

We are looking together with the CEO of a Bremen SaaS start-up for you as Chief of Staff (m/w/d).

With innovation and business sense, our partner has created a digital platform for restaurateurs, helping restaurants reduce costs and regain control over orders and customer relationships.

In your role as Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for all internal topics and themes: People and Product, Projects, Daily Operations, Technology, and Delivery. You will develop team and technology, make successes and potential for improvement visible with the right metrics, and form a product-oriented, data-driven organization focused on efficiency, quality, and user-centeredness.

• You lead and develop in-house teams and ensure that Product, Tech, and Business work efficiently, consistently, and solution-oriented together.
• You accompany the development of new product features with an entrepreneurial view, sort out daily business with binding standards anew, and introduce KPIs and OKRs to make performance measurable and visible.
• You own the execution of projects as well as the entire operational daily business, including product scaling and evaluating new trends regarding value and ROI, as well as hiring and aligning yourself closely with the CEO.
• You have a comprehensive, economic view for IT Operations, Development, Product, Purpose, Culture, Business Strategy, and Market, all together with your team, driving you every day.
