As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will support the CEO in efficiently achieving strategic goals and further developing the organization in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to strengthening our operational excellence through well-founded analyses and strategic decision-making bases. Your tasks will include coordinating and prioritizing key projects and monitoring and managing initiatives in close collaboration with various teams. Through your solution-oriented approach and strong organizational talent, you will support our growth and help bring Ocumeda successfully to the next level.
- You will contribute your expertise and ideas to diverse growth projects, e.g., the scaled rollout at opticians and the growth of our network of physicians
- You will use your experience to question and further develop existing processes as well as to establish new, scalable processes
- You will use your empathy to build and expand relationships with our partners
- You will contribute your creative ideas and problem-solving skills to master the growth challenges of a startup
