Business Development, Strategy, Project Management – and all of this preferably at the same time? Then we are looking for exactly you. As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will become the right-hand person to our CFO and the engine of cross-departmental projects. No two days are the same, no problem is too big. Your responsibilities: As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will work closely with our CFO and the entire management team. You will discuss and question strategic decisions, coordinate sustainable efficiency improvements, and manage or initiate cross-departmental projects. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure the timely execution and successful completion of projects. The focus here is on growth, scaling, and innovation. As a link between employees and management, you always have an open ear. Across all teams and hierarchy levels, you will ensure a productive working atmosphere through direct communication and regular exchange. Together with our senior executives, you will keep an eye on KPIs to ensure the achievement of company goals. Work cross-functionally across our business units to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and drive change. You will support a variety of topics, including end-to-end project management, for our key business priorities. You will be responsible for strategic key projects and help define the overall company strategy. Your profile: Your degree in business administration or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your professional expertise. You have several years of professional experience (ideally as Chief of Staff) as well as in-depth expertise in business development or strategy development. You have a startup mentality, feel comfortable with the associated way of working, and are energized by an agile and dynamic work environment. In addition to your strong assertiveness and implementation skills, you pursue a proactive and structured approach to work. You have a strong talent for organization, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to inspire teams. In addition to strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, you are also characterized by your excellent communication skills and your healthy pragmatism. You have experience in analyzing complex subject areas and in preparing decision proposals for management. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the exceptional ability to manage divergent stakeholder interests. You are flexible and willing to travel, and are ready to implement projects in Munich, Berlin, or one of our other locations. You have fluent German and English skills.
