Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person as Chief of Staff / Personnel Manager.

In this key role, you will serve as an extended arm of the management team and drive the implementation of our strategic goals, translate our business model into operational measures, and ensure clear and efficient end-to-end communication across all departments.

Furthermore, you will play a significant role in the further development of our organization, optimizing processes, defining KPIs, and implementing sustainable improvement strategies, so that our priorities become measurable results.

Your Tasks

• Strategic Leadership and Implementation

  • You accompany business ideas from conception to implementation in close coordination with the management team and department heads.
  • You support the management team in translating strategic initiatives into clear priorities and executable project plans.

• Design and Structuring of Processes

  • You develop and coordinate work and deployment plans for various departments and monitor relevant KPIs to steer the company's goals.
  • You analyze existing workflows, identify optimization potential, and implement suitable improvement measures.

• Daily Operations Management

  • You are responsible for project management to implement central measures and initiatives of the management team.
  • You create solid decision-making bases for the management team, based on the analysis of existing processes, their optimization potential, and the evaluation of potential risks.

• Interdepartmental Communication

  • You promote effective interdepartmental communication and strengthen cooperation between departments.
  • You ensure a transparent and structured reporting to the center leadership.

• Ambassador of the Outlet and Corporate Culture

  • You support the strengthening of our corporate culture by recognizing and promoting constructive solutions to any issues.
  • You strengthen employee engagement and identification with the outlet.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant experience in a leading position, ideally in the operations field.
• Experience in the retail sector is an advantage, as well as a good understanding of sector-specific requirements.
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent working style.
• Experience in steering and coordinating complex projects.
• High communication strength, assertiveness, and outstanding leadership skills.
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
