• Strategy implementation: Turning ideas into something measurable, manageable, and scalable
• Bridge-building: Engineers speak code, Sales speak deals – you speak both and keep everyone in flow
• Structuring: OKRs, Reporting, Meeting rhythms – everything that makes us faster, not slower
• Blockage removal: Bottlenecks in the process? Unclear decisions? You jump in and resolve it
• Project leadership: From partner negotiations to internal tools – if it's critical, it's yours
• KPIs and dashboards: Turning data into decisions, preparing meetings, creating transparency

• Tech & Business fluent: You speak both languages and build bridges
• Implementation strength: Analytical enough to plan, pragmatic enough to start imperfectly

• Fluent German & English: Communication on all levels
