Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

Tasks

As Chief of Staff, you will work at the center of the company – alongside with the management. You translate strategy into implementation, take responsibility for critical corporate themes, clear obstacles out of the way and ensure that things are delivered. You thus make an immediate contribution to building and scaling Falk Defence.

• You are the right-hand man of the management, drive priorities forward and keep the implementation on track
• You take responsibility for cross-sectional projects with real business impact
• You build relationships with important suppliers and external partners and steer them
• You create precise analyses, reports and decision-making aids for the management
• You recognize inefficiencies, solve problems and continuously improve our working method
• You ensure a smooth operational operation – from internal processes to office management
• You function as a central interface between teams and align stakeholders on common goals

Qualification

• Excellent degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
• Outstanding ownership thinking and a highly proactive attitude
• Able to work independently and with high detail accuracy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Very secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fundamental military experience is a strong plus
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Citizenship of an EU or NATO member state (excluding USA) and willingness to undergo security clearance according to SÜG
