Caidera is a Berlin-based AI startup that revolutionizes marketing in regulated industries. Our Multi-Agent Platform reduces campaign creation in Pharma and MedTech from 90 to 7 days – fully compliant with HWG, AMG, MDR-EU, and Co.

After only 5 months on the market: 15+ customers like Bauerfeind and Denk Pharma, €300k Pre-Seed completed, and we're just getting started. We're not looking for employees, but co-creators.

Aufgaben

Aufgaben & Verantwortungsbereiche

• You are the right-hand man of the founders and keep them free from operational processes – from Investor Relations to team coordination
• You build structures that scale with us: Reporting, OKRs, meeting rhythms, internal communication
• You prepare fundraising documents, coordinate due diligence, and maintain investor contacts
• You identify bottlenecks before they arise and resolve them independently
• You take on strategic special projects – from hiring processes to partnership negotiations
• You are the interface between Product, Sales, and Customers and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifikation

Must-haves:

• 2-4 years of experience in Consulting, VC, Startup-Ops, or a comparable high-intensity role
• Excellent communication on German and English – written and spoken
• Structured thinking paired with hands-on mentality: You can develop a strategy and implement it the same day
• Ownership mindset: You don't wait for instructions, you find problems and solve them
• Experience with startups or rapidly growing companies

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech)
• Understanding of AI/Tech products
• Network in the Berlin startup or VC scene
