To take our group to the next level, we're looking for an absolute standout as Chief of Staff. You'll be the direct right-hand person of the management team and drive a team of highly motivated and intelligent makers forward.

Aufgaben

• Venture Building: You'll accompany new Ventures from concept to market readiness – whether it's AI software or craft-related services.
• Execution & Strategy: You'll translate our vision into operational excellence. You'll take on complex special projects, solve problems before they arise, and ensure that our PS hits the road.
• Business Development: You'll identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive essential deals forward independently.
• Sparringspartner: You'll push founders to their limits, provide razor-sharp decision-making grounds, and act as a filter for management.

• Exzellente Ausbildung: You've completed your studies at a top university with outstanding results.
• Nachgewiesene Spitzenleistung: You've already proven that you're among the best. This doesn't have to be an economic background – we're looking for people who have achieved something extraordinary in their field, whether it's in elite sports, music, or a self-founded company.
• Intelligenz & Hunger: You have a brilliant understanding, think entrepreneurially, and have the unrelenting will to found your own company in the future.
• Macher-Mentalität: You want to move things and aren't afraid to dive deep into operational implementation.
• Kommunikation: You communicate on a top level in German and English.
