To take our commercial scaling to the next level, we are looking for an outstanding personality to work directly with our founding team and the CRO.

Your Mission: As Chief of Staff (Commercial Focus), you are not just a pure consultant, but a "Builder". You act as the right hand of C-level executives, solve our most complex growth challenges, and drive strategic initiatives from the initial hypothesis to successful implementation.

• Strategic Execution: You take ownership of business-critical go-to-market projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.

• Commercial Excellence: You identify inefficiencies in our funnels, develop data-driven solution approaches, and scale our revenue engine (pricing strategies, new market segments, sales cycle optimization).

• Cross-functional Leadership: You act as a link between the Commercial teams and Product/Tech, breaking down silos and ensuring everyone is pulling in the same direction to exceed our OKRs.

• Executive Leverage: You relieve the founding team and the CRO of operational day-to-day tasks, prepare board meetings, and independently make preliminary decisions at the C-level.

Your Profile: We are looking for an analytical thought leader with an absolute "get-shit-done" mentality. You can discuss strategically at altitude but are not afraid to dive deep into data or operational processes.
Top-Tier Experience: You have 2-3+ years of professional experience from a leading strategy consulting firm. Alternatively, you have already proven massive impact in a similarly prominent, strategic role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Commercial Acumen: You have a strong affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn) and ideally have already supported projects in the areas of GTM strategy, sales excellence, or pricing.
Analytical Excellence: You do not make decisions based on gut feeling, but on data. You master financial/commercial modeling and can translate complex issues into clear recommendations for action.
Communication Skills: You communicate precisely, to the point, and can act confidently at the C-level as well as in a board context.
Languages: Fluent German (native level) and excellent English skills.
