As Founder Associate, you will work directly with our founder and support him as "right-hand" in strategic, operational, and analytical topics. You will dive into exactly the topics that are most important - whether it's creating an investor presentation, analyzing a new market, structuring a project or accompanying cross-functional initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks analytically, is ambitious, business-oriented, and eager to learn - and wants to understand what it means to build and scale a company from scratch. You will gain insights into all areas of the company and play a central role in the next growth phase of mammaly. ___

Tasks

• You will be a sparring partner for the founder and support him in strategic topics, decisions, and prioritizations.
• You will conduct in-depth research and analyses to support important business initiatives.
• You will create compelling presentations and reports (PPTs, Memos, Dashboards) for internal and external stakeholders.
• You will take responsibility for special projects - from idea to implementation - and coordinate cross-functionally.
• You will contribute to operational excellence by optimizing processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth execution.
• You are proactive and curious, recognizing opportunities, asking the right questions, and striving for better results.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in fields such as business administration or similar
• 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate consulting, project management, or a dynamic startup environment
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills - you love to translate complex data into clear insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - hands-on, adaptable, and curious
• Passion for startups and ideally the desire to become a founder oneself
• Pragmatism meets creativity - you can find creative solutions for complex tasks
• You are very interested in marketing and can put yourself in customers' shoes
• Passion for dogs and other pets
