Chief Nursing Officer
Job description
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for all nursing services across the hospital. The CNO ensures the delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centric, and high-quality nursing care while maintaining compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory standards. The CNO partners with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to improve patient outcomes, nursing excellence, patient safety, employee engagement, and organizational performance. The CNO also ensures the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
